Situated on Mulambin Beach and only a short drive from Yeppoon and Rockhampton, Mulambin Waters is simply the most perfect place to live.

Large blocks and wide street frontages gives you plenty of space to park your boat in the backyard, a proposed new jetty at the lake means you can throw in a line anytime and four hectares of landscaped parkland have been planted for your enjoyment.

Mulambin Waters has also been created with a number of environmental features such as free rainwater tanks for residents, native landscaping and a new swale system of stormwater management.

Poinciana Tourist Park
Residential development and tourist accommodation

Opposite Taranganba’s Cedar Park Shopping Centre and just 200 metres from the beach, the current Poinciana Tourist Park will be relocated and replaced with a luxury unit complex.

The new complex will feature a large central pool, recreational facilities and a central barbeque area. Some of the native vegetation on the site will be retained and will become a feature of the development with the buildings designed around it.

Mulambin Beach
Mixed use development

It is proposed that this site at the corner of the Scenic Highway and Wildon Way will be the new location of the Poinciana Tourist Park.

The Poinciana Tourist Park will be expanded to become an environmentally friendly tourist destination right opposite Mulambin Beach.

In addition, a tourist resort and residential land are proposed for the site.
