Greening Australia
On 13th September 2004,
Pacific Properties created a first for developers in the Capricorn
Coast region by forming a partnership with environmental group Greening
Australia.
In
forming the partnership, Pacific Properties signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) that will enable it to access Greening Australia’s
environmental management expertise for the benefit of the new Mulambin
Waters residential community at The Causeway Lake and other Pacific
Properties projects.
Pacific
Properties believes the partnership will be an asset to the company
during the creation of its present and future projects.
